What is the story here. I know he's been at practice since last week and the hope was he would be ready for Dallas. I haven't heard anything definitive. If there was I missed it. Do we know if he will be playing on Sunday?

this morning said the Giants hope to have him this week against Dallas. Tone suggested they expect to.

a veteran RB needs a few weeks to get back in shape.

RB's pretty much are either quick or they aren't. Unless his hands are broken and he forgot how to catch passes, he'll be good to have a full workload if healthy.
