I am so confused by this. Seriously, can some marketing person explain this to me? The only logical conclusion I came to was the product people at Nordstrom did a ton of weed/acid/pain killers and thought this was brilliant.

Nordstrom convinced a bunch of idiots to buy a rock wrapped in leather. I had a pet rock back in the 70s but that came in a box. This is genius.

It's probably over 300% margin. That's the genius part. There probably is such ridiculous margin to be made on such a stupid item that it's worth the risk of it being slow on turns or a dud.

Maybe the smart part about Nordstrom's is claiming that its sold out. That alot of good free publicity.
