The Raiders had the 7th best offense in football this past season. Musgrave is highly thought of and prior to the Raiders had success as an OC with the Vikings, Jaguars and Eagles.

I don't think we need wizardry. Competence would be enough. An offense with more than 3 personnel groupings would be fantastic.

It's been argued plenty already. If you can't pass protect and you can't run, it's really hard to run offense of any sort. The alignment of the WRs or __ number of TEs on the field that aren't any good won't matter.

Personnel obviously is the main problem. Still, I don't know if Sully is the guy.
