I love Better Call Saul...still amazed at the job they've done creating a spinoff that stands on its own from Breaking Bad and combines drama with comedy
Sorry to be insensitive, but I don't pick up on why the name of the business is either racist or insensitive. What are you tracking here that I'm missing? I lived in Albuquerque for a couple of years and it seems exactly like the kind of name you might find at a southwestern chain of fried chicken stores.
What is the reason this name offends?

I don't care what kind of food you're not actually selling, or what narcotics operation it's pretending to front, or what basic cable network it's being televised on, you CANNOT call yourselves "The Chicken Brothers."
Check your privilege, son.
(Anyway, last year, someone noticed that if you took the first letter of all ten Season 2 episodes on BCS, they spell 'Fring's Back.")

Enlighten me?
How about you go ahead and go fuck yourself?

Now that's an amazing coincidence.
If so ... wow ... very good.

I doubt it's aired on TV - just online. But Vince Gilligan has said that someone approached him about making LPH into a real restaurant.
