Why is pass interference allowed on a tipped ball? I don't get that rule but it seems like there has to be a good reason that I'm overlooking.
Once it's been touched all Pass Int rules are gone because the direction of the ball may be drastically altered resulting in players being called for it when they could never anticipate what the flight of the ball would be.
IE: a receiver runs a short route, the pass gets tipped and receiver has to come back to the line of scrimmage and runs up the back of a D-Lineman who has no idea where the ball is

Eli would kill to have those guys on offense though, besides Beckham.
The Pats will take Bell away and make Ben and Brown beat them.
their defense and special teams some of the best in the game.
They went 12-4 and got a bye. Of course they are a playoff team. They just lack a franchise QB but are pretty good in all other areas
Rodgers and even Prescott earlier, fine, but no one should be watching this game and feeling envious of the QBing, no matter what the reason.
Pittsburgh has a shot if Bell has a big game and they control the clock

That won't be easy.
Very similar to our Giants.
yep. He is too patient for our porous line
Ha ha.
Definitely illegal. I don't know about dirty. To me, dirty implies it was intentional. Looked like a rookie mistake.
But two GREAT games tonight. Entertaining football for sure.
