Both Tunsil and Hargreaves III, selected after Eli Apple made the team. I'm still OK with the Apple pick.
However, if you look at the link, in 1981, the PFWA gave the overall rookie of the year to George Rogers instead of Lawrence Taylor.
I grabbed the 1st round list from Wiki and added bold for the PFWA All Rookie Team. Lots of bold around the Giants pick.

Ramsey was considered the top player in the draft by a lot of people. He didn't disappoint. I haven't seen enough of Hargreaves to say Apple should be in over him but I bet it was a very close call.
Did well for the most part but he's not a guard. He filled in for Albert and played LT a few games and looked good. We should have drafted him, arguably the most valuable player in the draft.

I hear ya but.....Apple played well as the season progressed and he's a big reason why our secondary was one of the best.
Who knew DRC would work out in the slot?
I think eventually we draft a slot corner once DRC's days are over with us.
With the season he had,it's quite possible he makes a huge second year turnaround.
In the 2nd half of season. And the 2nd round S they picked is a stud. S Davis deserves to be on that list at safety.
It's these 2 rookie DBs that will help PIT handle NE this week.
Sean Davis doesn't deserve it over Keanu Neal, that guys a stud!
Neal missed some time earlier in the year with a injury but Davis didn't see Safety until game 10. They tried him at slot corner and it was not his best position. Actually costing the Steelers the Cowboys game with the late face ask on Witten that lead to the 'Boys winning score. Granted, after Davis got the S start he never gave it up.
Good player but I disagree that he deserved to be on that list.

Very curious to see how he turns out.

He played most of the year with an arm/elbow injury. Hard to tell. But he wasn't awful. Should be a good one going forward.
