I think at some point Belichick cloned Wes Welker in the middle of the night and created an army of all these other white guys that he's now passing off as new guys. But they're all Wes welker. Every last one of them.

wonder how pathetic our Offense was this season .
They IMO opinion really have to take a long look at our entire
offensive philosophy . They have no burners there missing
there best offensive weapon in Gronk and before I complete this post they score again . Our offensive philosophy should
be scrapped bring in an offensive coordinatetor Eli is
plenty capable of adapting this season went up in smoke
as we watched our valiant defense cave for a wasted

It's sad really. We spent two first round picks and a 2nd round pick on the OL and they STILL stink.
This league is so random and chaotic from year to year but they are such a reliable rock in that sea of chaos. I don't know that we will ever see a run like this again from a franchise. It's really unbelievable. 11 championship games and 7 super bowl appearances now in 16 seasons. Just crazy. Has to make you appreciate our wins over them even more. Part of me even wants to root for them against Atlanta but I'm not sure I can, as that vaults a franchise past us in super bowl wins
Good qb for sure but the play calling and execution are outstanding. We are so far from this Kind of production. The reasons for all of this are myriad for sure but watching ne only reinforces how non elite we are in comparison. It is one thing to be good for one year but we have to admire the consistency of this franchise. I am envious of their team as it only shows me how far we have to go to have this sort of consistency from year to year. I think others have better explanations for our shortcomings than me however we are offensively challenged when we compare ourselves to the elites in this league. I can not get over how they make it look so easy, we are far from this consistency. Here is hoping our staff is up to the challenge. Btw another boring non competitive game.

That is a dilemma for me too. I thin I would rather the Pats win so Eli and TC can have the claimof being the only QB/HC to beat Brady/BB in the SB. It would forever need to be explained / noted when discussing the Pats' dynasty.
I can see both sides. I'm still not sure what my rooting interest is. Usually it takes me about 2 seconds to come up with a gut rooting interest, this one is complicated
I'd cut that list in half. Steelers-Chiefs was close, but that doesn't always mean interesting or exciting to me. I had trouble sticking with that one. In fact the wife wanted to go to target in the middle of the game and I didn't even protest it. I caught the very end of the game
Packers-Boys was a classic though. Hope the super bowl is good
