I'm going for the Patriots big time for one reason only. I believe the more Super Bowls they win the better it makes our Giants look. Yes,
they will go down in History as probably the greatest dynasty in NFL history, as well they should. But I also believe History will also remember and note there was only one team Brady and Belichick could not beat in the "Big Game" not once but twice!!! Our NY Giants...... Anybody with me.
don't give them this.
I don't want to you watch BB and Brady hoist another... I'm over it...
Rather see D Quinn get one... extremely likeable guy whom his players seem to love.. I'd also like to see Matty Ice get over the hump and Julio deserves one... also, there's no doubt in my mind that Tony Gonzalez will be in attendance and it would be nice to see him watch his former team take a trophy home...
Just my opinion
Its good to be a superstar NFL coach!
You know the NFL interests will be "rooting" for their golden boy Tom Brady and Belichick.
I'm also just so sick of the Pats. Pats-Steelers was such an unappealing AFC championship game to me.
Funny, but I don't care about that at all.
The Pats are the great NFL dynasty of this era. The Giants have done just fine over the same period, and their two Super Bowl wins were fantastic, but their results and the Patriots' results over that time aren't comparable.
"The Patriots beat everyone but the Giants" narrative ignores the fact the Pats win their division and make the playoffs almost every year, so they've lost in the playoffs A LOT. Four AFC championship game losses, two divisional round losses, even a wild card round loss. So there are two Super Bowl losses to the Giants, but three playoff losses to the Broncos, two to the Ravens, one to the Colts, even one to the Jets.
In other words, we're special, but we're not that special.
Definitely going for Atlanta. Matt Ryan getting his first won't be too tough for me to see ... and all things considered, seeing New England's fans bummed will be nice.
I also like the fact that if the Patriots lose, their record in Super Bowls will be 4-and-5, sinking them back under .500. Yet another zinger to toss in there along with the 07 and 11 Giants stuff.

SUPER special! lol
Spend 5 minutes in Philly and tell me Eagles fans can't swallow enough misery.
We already have (and will forever have) bragging rights.
GO AWAY!!
this could have been posted on one of the several existing threads.
Unless there's a breakdown of offense and defense, why start a Go Patriots thread on a Giants site.
I don't share B's disdain for the Pats but this is useless.
Where's gidieNess? Need to delete the useless threads to keep traffic up.
Fix? The Steelers got steamrolled. Frainkly I was taken aback by how superior the Pats looked. They got their stinker out of their system against the Texans and still won by multiple scores. That only made them mad against the Steelers.
Pats are winning 51. Falcons are fun to watch, but there will be no stopping this Pats juggernaut. Best balanced team in the NFL by far. They are also on a mission to stick it to the league office similar to 2007, but they had big blue to contend with then. They lost one of the best offensive players in the league to a season ending injury too.
Looking to make some money? Pats giving three is a lock.
