I wouldnt say I'm a stand up aficionado or anything, but I thought I was pretty familiar with everyone worth being familiar with... a few weeks before Christmas I read a comment on Reddit, someone referencing him, that caught my interest, so I flicked on one of his specials on Netflix. Holy cow this dude is fantastic. The specials and podcast are outstanding. F is for Family I can take or leave, but his other stuff, interviews on the Rogan podcast, really entertaining. You cant be uptight about salty language though. Or a pussy who gets offended about harmless nonsense. New special coming 1/31 on Netflix.

Saw Burr in Atlantic City last summer. God damn it. He was so fucking awesome and funny that night, especially with his "voices" and sounds. Jesus Christ, the guy can sound like someone completely different right then and there in person. I've heard some really good rebuttal saying the wage gap is a nonsense but his take on it that day was funniest. After his bit he stops and says "How do these Feminists exactly know just how much men make? Do they have everyone's W2's!?" LOL

I don't think it's so crazy that the OP hasn't heard of him. As much as I love Bill, he isn't exactly mainstream famous to the level others of his caliber have been before him. Can't wait for the new special.

By the way, he does a podcast every Monday and Thursday and it's an awesome listen. You can find them all on this page. The one for today isn't up yet. He's on the west coast nowadays so usually they go up in the afternoon eastern time
