Read it a couple days ago on NYP app. Switched to DTV before football season. I got a killer deal; with the refer a friend bonus I'm paying $53 a month for 10 months and I got them to throw in Sunday ticket thanks to all of the tips I received from seasoned DTV negotiaters on here. I know once the ten months are up they'll have me by the balls. Anyone planning on dumping Sunday ticket with the price jump? I need it living in Falcons country
Last season o was under contract and had to pay full price. This year I'm getting it for free.
70 games in 36 weeks.
I was rarely home for a game, and when I was more often than not the Giants were the national game.
I'm not going to steal to get however anyone wants to rationalize that is up to them and the price just wasn't worth it since I couldn't get DTV to give it to me free and I didn't have DTV in the house for anything else (i have FiOS).
I don't regret it.
I do Private Internet Access. $40/year. Then get NFL Game Pass for $180/year. Set VPN to be outside the US, watch any game you want, up to 4 at once.

I do the same thing for Rangers games. I get the NHL Center Ice Rangers package, and then set the VPN to out of the country for NHL Network and NBC Sports broadcast games. Technology is great.
I might be going back to Comcrap anyway this August as they are offering me a decent 2 year package.
Also I am in a double local area so I get all the Philly games (including their national game) when I would be stuck watching the Jests with Comcrap.
Because if you live out of town and want to watch all the Giants games, the options are very limited...
I know it is important to many "expats" around the nation, but when the price is closing in on stadium seating ( yes exaggerated a bit) it was time to say bye-bye.
I get the Yanks from MLB TV for $85 for 162 games - now that is a good buy.
