I'm not a big fan of sub 6' defensemen. Barrie says he's 5' 10" but that might be a stretch. Reminds me of Tory Krug, he'd fine if you want a one-dimensional puck mover, but otherwise I'm not interested.

though I do believe he'd be an upgrade on the Rangers.

I think you're right. If I recall correctly I was at the home game last year. All I remember is the rangers being flat, Duchene scoring at least once and I think it was twice, and losing a pretty boring game by 1-2 goals.
