A game, which was right they broke a rule, but the Seahawks get a warning for not disclosing Shermans injury on the report? WTF is that? If I was the Giants I might file a complaint.
Non-disclosure of an injury on the weekly report is not as significant as the walkie-talkie use - that's an in game violation of communication protocol. It's a big deal.
Granted, I agree that the Giants gained no advantage, but, just the act, and appearance of it was a bad look (and I'm sure was part of the reason for the penalty)
I don't think the the injury report issue is close in significance.
We deserved the fine and penalty. Even Mara apologized, and took it, and we moved on.
Atlanta pumps crowd noice into their stadium for two years and loses a single pick and pocket change. If that's not a huge cheat I don't know what is. Literally cheating.
Why not Wilkie?
Fuck off

Always ask yourself this:
If New England did something similar to hiding Sherman's injury, would they have gotten the same punishment or worse?
Most would think they would, hence it's a valid question.
Maybe not a 1 for 1 with respect to walkie talkies, but valid as an NFL topic.
And if the Patriots did something with walkie talkies you'd be sure they'd get punished for it too.
ok...
