bleachers. I've sat with them before, including the playoffs in 2015. It's a fun time but you need to understand what you're getting to. Expect to stand the entire game (the people in front of you will be standing on their bleachers the whole game) and expect to cheer the entire game. At the playoff game (the one the Mets lost to Kershaw) the leader of the group was freaking out and yelling at people for not cheering enough.
never sat with them and wouldn't really want to. Absolutely nothing against them but while I'm sure it's mostly legit, a lot of the energy seems contrived. Then again, I'm someone who prefers staying home vs. a bar for a big game.
and the 7 live did a trip to Nats stadium. My wife and i went and it was a good time. Of course one of the main advantages is that im not used to getting to sit in a section of all mets fans at Nats stadium. Not really an advantage you get if you are going to Citi. As mentioned before expect to be chanting/cheering/standing the majority of the game. Not saying thats a bad thing, but sometimes you just want to watch the game, haha.

I felt the same way, that a lot of the energy is contrived.
It's still a good thing for the Mets fanbase. They host huge tailgates and bar events all the time. The road trips look great on TV and the players appreciate it. It's worth sitting with them at least once just to see the experience IMO but I prefer normal seats.
If you are bringing your wife or girl to the game, and you are sitting in the 7-line, make sure that she understands that she'll have to stand for about 3-4 hours straight. It might save you from being in the doghouse afterwards.
Korean baseball to me. Where you stand and cheer and yell the whole time your team is up at bat. When they are pitching you sit while the opposing team's fans do their thing, in every single stadium. Looks like 7 Line Army takes it to the another level.
a trip down to the city. Last couple years we've splurged and gotten GREAT seats with all the frills (taking the cool kids escalator in the atrium), which is really fun. But we were chatting about possibly sitting with the 7s.
Might work it so we sat with the 7s Friday night and then got our good seats Saturday. Make a mini-series of it for us.
