xman, I remember your remarkable posts about effectively treating your cat's tumors with THC oil and CBD oil.
I am toying with the idea of introducing CBD oil to my 12 year old Golden Retriever who is starting to suffer from degenerative myelopathy, an inflammatory disease which operates similarly to ALS in dogs. He is still getting around fine, but if I can make things easier on him I want to try. There isn't a ton out there about it, but there are some scholarly articles that suggest that it could help
My questions are where did you get started, where did you get your oil, and how did you know how much to use? Were there any specific books, studies or online resources you used.

Since then the same friend found an even better place for CBD oil called Ambary Gardens that just does CBD oil but it still has that 2.5% THC so no way no how will they mail it to you.
Pesonally I like the Green solutions CBD stuff in that it was a tar like substance. I guess your dog is bigger then my 6 pound cat so maybe you tweek the dose a tiny bit. I do know you gradually raise the dose every 4 days or something to that effect.
Can't say what the stuff on amazon is but I see they have CBD oil for sale.
Try googling Rick Simpson oil for pets. I think you just start with the size of a half pice of rice and go from there. Twice a day might do it. Maybe 3 times at first. I don't think you can go too wrong as its not the THC stuff that makes 'em drunk.
