RB Daryl Virgies: Giants Secret Weapon?

RB Daryl Virgies was added to the Roster last month as an UFA and is signed through 2020. So what? Just more camp fodder? Maybe.

But watch the video below, despite someone monkeying with the speed in parts we learn two things; Virgies can play Rugby, and he's really fast and athletic. But can he play football? Boy, that would sure be wonderful! But it's impossible to watch the video and not get excited about his speed and athleticism.

How fast is he? Watch the 2nd video. At 5'11", 217 he runs a 4.19 40.

He runs upright, which is a concern, but looks like a good athlete.

I watched the video before reading the comments on this thread. No way is that guy a 4.19. 4.4-4.5 is about right like most have stated here. Virgies has some physical ability but that is so far away from what is needed in the NFL. One can only hope I guess.
