I have to say usually the first few epis of a new season are slow as they set up the arc for the season. Definitely NOT the case here. Damn they jumped right into the season. Rhoades is taking shrapnel from all sides. Is Connerty really trying to take him down? Don't get on Lara's bad side, she's ruthless, even if you are the school nurse. Oh and Maggie Siff really does it for me. Godman is she sexy.

Yes, Siff comes off more attractive than the former model

I like that action is ramping up and touching everyone. I think the lawyer character is great - modern take on the consigliere.

first season seem to give Rhodes the upper hand. This season ( I know it's only one episode) seems to look like Axel has the upper hand.

The investigative lawyer, Dake, is so cartoonishly aggressive and threatening. It strains belief. Those positions are not manned by overtly antagonistic people.

I know, it's just a show.

I do like the Bryan/whistleblower angle.

Are they trying to seem progressive for adding a transfer gender character? Because they have the opposite effect by using the ambiguous pronouns (they, them, their). Another thing that seems overdone just for the effect.
