The suppressor is the media and social media. It can ruin lives/careers for saying something that 100% may only hurt someone's feelings, if that. Billy Bush is one recent example. You may not have a social media account but there is nothing to stop someone from taking a picture of you or video and throwing it on the interwebs. Example is the teachers playing the EMK game at a bar. Your right to privacy and free speach is being chipped away and it has nothing to so with the government.
