Might mean that Ladd and/or Chimera injury is worse than they thought and they aren't making the trip. Both had been playing really well lately too.
Silver lining is that I'm excited to see what JHS can do.

I think it has to do with waivers and call-ups, something to do with how long the player can remain on the team without having to pass through waivers to get sent back down, depending on their status.
I had an exchange with Staple and he seems to think Quine is the issue.
I am still happy Gorton held out on Shattenkirk even though our D depth is thin.

If that's really true, then it's a joke that they then gifted him to the Caps for pennies.
Rangers do not own a 2nd rd pick this year but have 2 in 2018.

I don't like the rumored price, but Smith is immediately a top 3D on this team and it wouldn't surprise me to see him play first pair on the right side given the dire situation on the right.
