...significant dividends: Tarik Cohen, a tiny running back out of North Carolina AT& T.
He's very short and he's not carrying around a lotta weight. But he's running off a thick-set base, and given how low he's built to the ground, he can make radical, gyroscopic moves while hardly gearing down.
He ain't gonna push the pile... and he will go down on contact, assuming defenders tackle properly, which is difficult considering Tarik Cohen is so much smaller than what they are used to tackling.
So, what has this guy got going for him?
1) Scary, uncanny vision with the ability to cut and veer into spaces that don't look like spaces;
3) The size to play hide-and-go-seek behind his linemen;
4) Blinding speed;
5) Radical spins at full speed in close confines.
6) The ability to get going North-and-South in heavy traffic.
Very easy to root for Tarik Cohen! Some team will give him a shot -- if need be, as a free agent. I don't think they will be disappointed. I think this tiny ball of energy has an NFL career in front of him.
How good are his hands?
Do you see him as a 3rd down back? maybe lining up in the slot?
Special teams KO/PR
Electric players are in vogue now do you have a link to a highlight reel?
He wasn't asked to return punts or kick-offs, but I think that would be a way for him to stick on a roster.
Somewhat reminiscent of Ron Jean from Lehigh...

I think he catches the ball well.
Could be used as a third down back.
Wasn't used as a Kick Returner or Punt Returner.
My biggest worry is his blocking in the backfield.
See link to highlights.

I agree... will be hard for him to catch on, but I think he has super intriguing possibilities.
Explosive Playmaking ability. The key is get him the ball in space. That speed and vision combo is off the charts.
For a little man with his height he plays much bigger and as you say he is hard to tackle.
Yes I like him too.
He's just a darn good football player.
I always enjoy seeing guys like this overcome size limitations and stereotypes.

He can do backflips (while catching the ball). Jerry is all over this one, I'm sure.

Wait! I hadn't watched the end. Has anyone told OBJ he's allowed to use two hands? Is he planning a JPP?

-hard to tackle due to small size, ala Sproles
-fast as lightning
His biggest challenges to overcome. Hope he makes it!
