I'm just going to throw this out there for the crowd. Don't even fucking TRY to tell me this stupid devils logo doesn't look like a goddamned crescent wrench lounging with one leg folded up all relaxed-like. It's ridiculous.
The Lounging Wrenches are a perfect 25-25-10, 7th place in the Metro, coming off two losses. The Rangers had a thriller SO win, causing MAB's carrot to finally poke its little head out.
Game is on MSG hopefully. Headed to the gym to work off some anger. But I'm sure I'll be nice and pissed off again in an hour and a half. And we don't need any dupe assholes (you know who you are) and anaks trying to force themselves into the lineup. Stick to cleaning the locker room toilets and sniffing jock straps.
And if the squad can't beat the New Jersey Lounging Wrenches tonight I don't know what to say about the state of the universe at this point.
LGR.
Who sucks exactly? They could beat us 9-2 and we're playoff bound and they're not for what, a 4th straight season?

Must be the Hackensack Redskin fan contingent of inbred bottom feeding sister fuckers.
This is their Stanley cup final game 7.
MAB - Clendening goal to tie it and we win in OT!
Nope. Try again?
Solid fucking win!

You bet your ass I was watching the third period and OT from the capital grille over a nice steak Drewcon! What an insane move by zibanejad
I kind of regret not going now - those devil fan (one) tears would have tasted delicious

That would have been sweet but you made the right choice. That sounds delicious. Cheers my man
Klein needs to never see the ice again. Adam Herman, the atats guy at BSB, posted the numbers for the Skjei/Clendening combo. While the sample is small, ghe results are terrific.

Clendening Has earned if not a permanent role than at least a 20 game showcase here with the playoffs locked for everyone to see if he can be relied upon come playoff time. I think he's better than both Klein and Girardi already personally. Hence my Wally pipp references above
- Duke loses
- UNC clinches #1 seed in ACc tournament
- looks like caps will lose (I know they will still win division but I love seeing them lose)
- I mean I do generally like bbi's islanders contingent but it is fun seeing them give up a touchdown today
Hopefully the flyers can wrap up this sports day by gooning up the pens tonight

Clendening made a handful of easy puck retrievals that led to zone exits where Girardi/Klein/Staal would have rather retreated or turned it into a 50/50 proposition. It's such a massive difference.

Steady fans Adam here.
How big a parking ugh is this??
Anyone have issue with Brooksie's Elite 8? I certainly don't mind MAB's road to the quarters' via the WC, but Chicago, Minnesota, and SJ ahead of NYR??
Sounds imminent.

Hell, never mind Klein, Girardi could just as well thrown a tent over Raanta on the Devils' 2nd and 3rd goals and not blocked the goalie's line of sight any better.

The Rangers have gone big at each of the past four deadlines, trading three first-rounders, four second-rounders, a world-class sniper (Marian Gaborik), a captain on an expiring contract (Ryan Callahan) and two prospects (Anthony Duclair and Aleksi Saarela) for Derick Brassard, Derek Dorsett, Ryane Clowe, Marty St. Louis, Keith Yandle and Eric Staal. (John Moore came and went in separate transactions.)

I think he has CBJ too low. I resisted buying in to them for so long, but man that team has everything. I'm so jealous of Werenski and Jones as a D pair (19 and 22 year old Americans playing at an elite level) and they have scorers, grinders, size, youth, veterans.
My sleeper (can they be a sleeper?) now to win it all. I only say sleeper because being in a division with PIT, WAS, NYR, you can get lost in the shuffle.
Only thing they don't have is playoff experience (as a team).
Only question is if the winner - be it Washington getting through likely NYI (which has played them tough for years) and Pitt/nyr/CBJ or the unlucky 2/3 seed having to likely play two top 3 teams in the entire NHL ... Will remain healthy for the easier series that would come in the ECF and SCF.
As for the Atlantic it's an easier road but Ottawa and Boston do look good lately. Florida I thought had turned the corner going 5-0 on a recent road trip beating 5 western playoff teams .. But they've since shit the bed at home to Edmonton and Calgary. Not sure who they are - maybe it's demoralizing to play so well and then come home to an empty arena who knows.

90% agree, and 10% is to allow for the fact a hot goalie and team peaking at the right time in the NHL has won more than a few Stanley cups.
Blackhawks aren't a pushover and Toews might be playing the best hockey of his career, SJ has a solid veteran team and maybe the NHL's best overall player (right now), and as bad as they've played since Dec 1, the Canadiens still IMO have the best goalie on the planet even if he isn't playing like it right now. Really matters how you're playing in 6 weeks from now (if you get in, that's the key).
Also I wouldn't write-off Nashville. Solid team top to bottom, who has somewhat under performed (maybe due to injury), but is getting healthy.
But 90% agree with you.
Given how bad the Devils are I'm assuming ticket prices are high due to what should be solid Rangers fan presence at this one. I'm sure golden tee can get us an exact crowd split later.
Let's get another two points - still a little early yet to worry about seeding.
Sorry I was @ the Pens-Flyers game-I can give you the splits on that if you want?
I'll rely on you folks on the Rangers % @ NJ.
