Loved season 1. Master of None and Atlanta near the top of my list for best first seasons of recent comedies

Surprised Aziz doesn't have more going on these days
Great news!

I loved season one and I am a huge fan of Aziz Ansari.
Looks like I'm going to be unpopular

I like Aziz - I didn't really like this show.

I found him to be really annoying (and as an Aziz fan I have a high tolerance.)

The acting is so unnatural and I found the ancillary characters uninteresting - except for his Dad of course! His mom is a better actor than the people they cast as his friends.
I'm probably in the very small minority

but I felt season 1 dragged on. I'm a big fan of Aziz Ansari's stand ups (at least his earlier ones). But I felt Aziz beat the whole "look at me my parents were hard working immigrants but now I'm white-washed with loads of first world problems but at the same time I can't make things work with my white gf due to cultural differences" schtick damn near dead.

Maybe it's me being an American-born son of Indian parents as wel that made me find the show tiresome, but I found that many of my Indian/Asian and non-Indian/Asian friends enjoy the show alike.

Even so, Aziz bringing in his parents to crack the usual line of Indian-FOB jokes but in a poorly acted way made for some bad television.

But again, I know I probably speak for the minority opinion.

Atlanta is a show I'm intrigued by. I saw the first episode and loved it never got around to watching the rest. I tend to be that way with TV shows in general, though.
I really liked this show

Another really addicting show on netflix is Love which just aired season 2. Judd Apatow.

I had the exact same take on the show. After the first few episodes, it got really repetitive.

Shame, too, since Ansari is hilarious. I think if he went in the general Seinfeld direction that show could have potential.
It

won/was nominated for numerous awards. Really doubt he's changing the entire show.

"Crashing" on HBO gets a second season. I've only seen the first episode. Decent. Schitt's Creek gets a season 4.
Good show

Pete Holmes is simply a likeable dude and this show had a cool concept. TJ Miller truly went in. This show just has real potential although it might not be Pete every season, shouldn't be lol Fuck Leif

He's got the ratings so I wouldn't expect them to, I just didn't find it funny after awhile. In fact, not just not funny but tedious.
