said reported by Adam Schefter. That is who posted the medical stuff on JPP. Was hoping it was just JPP's way to discredit Schefter, who I'm sure he doesn't like. But doesn't seem that way since he references NY media in his tweet. I guess we'll see!

Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network had it first I think.
we are paying him a bonus upfront that will effect the cap over the next few year, so yes he is getting $17 mil, but its not effecting us as $17 against the cap this year.
He agreed to terms, not he signed a contract, two different things. I agree to the terms of the house bid, we don't sign the contract until the closing. So him saying he signed nothing is true, but it means nothing, because we are not saying he signed, only he agreed to terms.

Your grammar is a fucking nightmare...you're welcome. we are paying him a bonus up front that will affect the cap over the next few years, so yes he is getting $17 mil, but it's not affecting us as $17 against the cap this year

Not a final for English majors. People type quickly, the problem is with the nit pickers who have to have something to gripe about.
If you understand what the poster means that should be enuf.
Obviously, Joey is a bit old school when it comes to inculcating a lesson. But if I'm misusing a word, I like it if people point it out. That way, I don't make the mistake in an email or memo to my boss or an prospective employer or client.

At least he stopped spelling "a lot" as "allot"
Agreement is great, and thanks for the update, but we should all recognize it's not a done deal until JPP signs the offer.

Until his name is on the line, he's guaranteed nothing.
