I think you overrate what the Giants' front office thinks of linebackers. If history tells us anything, the Giants do not consider LBs a priority at all. Of course, every season is a little different and different team strategies change. Even so, the Giants tend to go alternate def-off-def-off, etc., sometime starting with offense, and then defense. Not that that matters, it's just a trend I've noticed with them.
I like going after Antonio Garcia in round 3, but I don't think Bucky Hodges will still be around in round 4. Maybe not even in round 3 when the Giants are up.
It would be a draft that I am happy with if it unfolded that way. Not sure the Giants' FO see it the same way.
Very unlikely that Davis lasts to our second, almost impossible that Hodges lasts to our (even later) fourth, unlikely that Kelly lasts to the seventh (and if he does, it will probably be for character reasons that take him off the Giants' board).
But as far as fiction goes, it's at least enjoyable.
with Cunningham. Most of the rest of the players you picked will be long gone before our selection in those rounds. No interest in Kelly. My guess is that he's not even on the Giants' board.
I think he'll be over drafted anyways. Someone will fall in love with the arm and overlook the poor decision making and lack of accuracy.
Also, I really don't think Hodges is a fit for this offense. He reminds me of Travis Beckum. No blocking, no experience as an in-line TE. A converted QB. I think this offense needs a traditional two way TE and Hodges is not that.
unless something's changed the Gmen lost their 4th round pick this year! I believe the 1st and 2nd round picks will be OL and CB. A replacement for DRC in a couple of years!

They didn't lose it. Just lost 10 spots in the round.
at 23. But expect that the Giants would draft an Obi Melifonwu over any linebacker not named Reuben Foster. Same with Ramczyk, and probably with Bolles. They will take Corey Davis or Mike Williams should either of them fall, before any linebacker. Even a top CB like a Marlon Humphrey would be more likely than linebacker. And then there's O.J. Howard, and if he's there, then it has a good chance of being him.
And then you have Jonathan Allen or Malik McDowell. A top DT falls, linebacker is out.
I see no path to a linebacker being drafted in the first (or the 2nd, for that matter).

Mine is:
1. Haason Redick OLB
2. Alvin Kamara RB
3. Jake Butt TE
4. Zach Banner OT
5. Eddie Vanderdoes DT
6. Darius Rodgers WR
7. Kyle Kalis OG

rd1. Foster/cunningham/davis (assuming howard is gone)
rd2. Gerald everett
rd3. antonio garcia
