NFT: Verizon Phone payment question

Bleedin Blue : 3/20/2017 9:27 pm
I know there a few guys who work for Verizon. I'm contemplating changing my family plan to the unlimited plan. My question is, there's a monthly payment for each phone, how many payments do you make til the phone is yours and payments stop. Or are the payments always made???
Thanks for all info, trying to make an informed decision.
Phone pricing is broken up interest free over 24 months...

After phone is paid in full, your bill will decrease by the corresponding phone payment... also, you can pay the phone off now and your bill will decrease... up to you... it's interest free
Plan and phones are separate issues

The unlimited plan pricing is for service only. If you want to get new phones and finance them through Verizon, that's the Verizon Edge plan. The Edge plan can finance phones on any Verizon plan, and you pay the phones off over 24 months.
Okay great so the payments

For your responses. You can't get a straight answer from the store, they're so pushy, all they keep saying is " so we'll sign you up" LOL!

Yes, and you can also pay off the balance anytime you want if you wanted to upgrade or if you wanted to leave Verizon altogether. Either way, once you pay it off its your phone to do with as you please.

Also, you don't have to buy from Verizon if you don't want to. If you have a existing compatible phone or want to buy one elsewhere you can do that too.
I knew you guys could help!
