Is in my top 3. I'd go Njoku then Reddick. McDowell is very intriguing though. The guy has huge upside and is 20 years old. He's got question marks but I think between Vernon, JPP and Snacks, they should be able to mentor him. By the time he's ready for a new contract, the other guys are off the books. Yes - getting way ahead of myself.

I feel Reese is checking everybox so not to be forced into a pick.

A DT will be signed before the draft.....Even a RB.

Now, I still agree TE and LT are good possibilities.

DE wouldn't surprise me. Even the Lbers could be the BPA.

When you say you're getting ahead of yourself. In the nfl if you're not looking into the future (no pun intended). Then you're setting yourself up for failure. On the other hand the Giants are in win NOW mode.

Zach Cunningham but he looks like a matador tackler (swings his opponent down). Reminds me of Carl Banks does everything right but just no bone crushing hits.

McCaffery would have to beat out Vereen for playing time. Cunningham on the other hand can play all 3 LB positions he's an outstanding player but as far as I know doesn't create alot of turn overs.

He could relieve all 3 of the LBs at some point. I feel that he's good, has meat hooks for hands. I know this would piss some on BBI but I could see the Giants going into the draft all in on def. Just to be sure they have a solid def. for years to come. I say this just to be different from the rest of the league, don't copycat but build your own system.

I think they should go WLB in 1 and prototypical sized CB in 3. If the RB they like is there in 2 go for it, or go OL if it's there. RB in 4-6 might have value as well. But, I agree, defense early could be best value.

About James Connor looks like a solid short yardage back a good addition if he's there in the 4th. We'll see again I'm no expert.

Bromley was a shot in the dark a 3rd round draft pick, with all the intangibles but hasn't shown the production. He can still be beneficial to this club due to the fact the other 3 DL man playing beside him. As an optimistic he may still has an opportunity to be great this season. Just draft McDowell to be safe though. lol

I keep saying McDowell, McDowell, McDowell... but watching Caleb Brantley that dude does 2 things, blows a hole into the interior OL or get gets double teamed and gets pushed back for 5 yards. I like him too as long as Snacks is beside him. :)

And yet, probably the best DT we have drafted, recently, was Cofield at 124th.......so it is a crap shoot....

RB in rd1 but i could see reese maybe picking mccaffrey with #23 if hes available. he did draft david wilson in the first round, (liked the player, hated the pick) and they havent had a serious running back since the Jacobs/Bradshaw days.

if he were to get seleced i think he would have a good chance to come in and start.

I'd sign a Rocky Bernard type if he's out there on the market

A rocky Bernard type of player would be well sufficient for cheap as a number 2 starting 3 tech DT. Could be had cheap, he's out there I bet.

I'm starting to think somehow Hank is coming back for a 2 year deal with some nice coin

Brantley would be a perfect fit next to Snacks.
