While that's true, a lot of coaches with a ton of talent didn't in any championships, much less 11.

Wasn't normal talent though. Greatest player ever, and 3 of the top 20-25 players ever....Not to mention Gasol and Rodaman who are and will be hall of famers.
No team wins without talent.

Jordon doesn't win without Paxon, Kerr, BJ Armstrong etc. Yeah, all they had do do was hit open shots but he picked those guys and they hit big shots when Jordon was being tripled. So I get he wasn't a mastermind but he surrounded Jordan with players who knew their role. Something no Knick exec has figured how to do with Anthony.
