It was another instance of someone driving a vehicle through a crowd and running people over. The driver then got out and stabbed a cop before being shot.
Thank God she is at Heathrow airport flying to Germany this morning. She is there w/ 26 of her fellow Int. Marketing majors doing a tour for school credit.
At first I was cautious about it since it could have been a victim, but another pic has a cop pointing a firearm at him and the knife on the ground.
It's over on Zero Hedge if you want to see it. The description in the article is somewhat misleading. It says Asian, but he appears to me to more likely be Middle Eastern, Afghan or Pakistani.

Pakistan and Afghanistan are part of Asia. Other parts of the world use Asian/South Asian to desrcibe people from these regions more than we do here where Chinese/Japanese etc are deemed "Asian" by most Americans.

So the cop fired on him once the knife was on the ground and he was no longer a threat?
They are not sure of that yet since he was jailed in Jan. and his Soliciter claims he is still in Jail
They may be mistaken about that. The man they have named is supposedly still in jail since Jan according to his lawyer

I saw a tweet that quoted his lawyer as saying he last saw him in court in January, but nothing about being in jail.

But so many news reports are reporting it as him. Clearly, everything must be taken with a grain of salt this early on either way.
