Another concrete thread.
Does anybody know how to do this? I bought some rust removers from Home Depot and Lowe's, and with a steel brush, was able to scrub away about two-thirds of the rust. I also tried vinegar with no success based on YouTube videos. Muriatic acid will apparently remove the rust, but it is extremely caustic, and effectively bleaches the concrete in the areas it's used. So the color would no longer match the rest of the concrete.
Any suggestions? Thanks.
