To deliver a speech like that, or any of the other greats in the Clinton canon, while being a functioning sociopath (essentially the broad charge against him) seems to beggar belief.
Not a sociopath. Even people who don't like him generally acknowledge he is intelligent and a master politician
Even "greedy and corrupt" is hard to square with the image he casts as a public speaker. Plenty of greedy and corrupt people try to connect with an audience. None of them do it that well - a level of phoniness always comes through.
Clinton has essentially been accused of being a serial rapist. I know psychopaths and sociopaths can be quite charming - Ted Bundy comes to mind, but if Clinton is as awful a human being as some say, his ability to project empathy in spite of that seem unrivaled.
Who's*, not whose. One wonders if your ability to see things clearly (in this instance or others) is as lacking as your grammar.

Clinton has not been accused of being a "serial rapist". Get your facts straight Blacklight. Accused on one occasion, yes. Never proven. He obviously is a pervert and a philanderer who used his positions of power to get his rocks off, but serial rapist no. Don't make stuff up, you come off looking very poor.
but Bill Clinton has been said to be one of the few who possess a special aura, such that he commands the attention of whatever event he's at. Apparently he has that "it" factor. Folks have said that when he speaks to you, you feel as if you're the only person that matters in the room.
have been the subject of a partisan smear campaign for 25+ years. Both have been great public servants. They're far from perfect but the level of hate and ridiculous accusations is over the top.

He most certainly has been accused of that. Not credibly, I agree. But we needn't pretend the accusation has never been made.
I don't think there is a couple who have been more thoroughly
qualify as "public servants." they may get into politics for the right reasons but they almost universally become enamored with the sound of their own voices and the allure of power and wealth otherwise unattainable.
Hilly & Billy are certainly not unique in this aspect of political life but they have made a fortune from their lives in "public service."

And could 45 pass that level of scrutiny?
