I do notice in this list some local players I don't recall seeing reported before, including a Rutgers players which may be of interest, as well as additional private workouts conducted by the Giants.

Sorry, don't have any numbers, but I think I'm safe in saying a lot. For example, my impression is I HAVEN'T seen reports of them meeting with their 1st round pick most years. And as you've likely noticed, a lot of the players listed might be described as little known late round or UDFA prospects.
2015 the Giants had a private meeting with Flowers and met with Odighizuwa at the Senior Bowl.
2016 the Giants met with Okwara at the East West practices.
In 2015
The Giants did not reportedly meet with Collins, Thompson, Davis, and Hart.
In 2016
The Giants did not reportedly meet with Apple, Shephard, Thompson, Goodson, Perkins, Adams.
