Houston Texans offensive lineman David Quessenberry, who was diagnosed with non-Hodgkin’s T Lymphoblastic Lymphoma back in 2014, finished his last chemotherapy treatment on Tuesday. As is common, patients ring a celebratory bell after they’re done. But in Quessenberry’s case, the bell proved no match for the 6’5& #8243; 300-lb NFL star who accidentally ripped it of the wall while he was ringing it, to the delight of the nurses and other in attendance.
“This bell just like cancer never stood a chance,” he wrote on Instagram. |
