Teams picking between 33-45 will need to make sure they are comfortable with R. Foster, cause he will be there.

No player has had a more disappointing pre-draft process. So this scenario can't be ruled out.
Would Reese pass on Foster if he's somehow

Some scathing comments about Bucky Hodges...

Given the interest in McGinn's position summaries, you might want to start a separate thread for that article.
Would Reese

Trade up for Foster at the top of round 2 a la Landon Collins?

No. Very different reasons for the two of them "falling" in the draft.

Passed on Tunsil, passed on La'el Collins So,unless there's a change in their approach,I think there's a good chance he'll pass on Foster as well.
Tunsil & Collins
Big Rick in FL : 4/22/2017 9:28 am : link
Are much different situations than Foster. Collins was being accused of murder while the draft was going on. Tunsil got in trouble multiple times in college. Missed time with injuries and then a video of him smoking pot came out shortly before the draft. Possibly during the draft.

I don't think Foster has ever been in trouble and he's played in all of their games the last two years. Plus you'd be getting a top 5 talent at 23. He's by far the best player on the board. Tunsil wasn't. I know for sure if Eli Apple was on the board both the Bucs & Fins take Apple over Tunsil.

.

That would be a no.
Collins

was not accused of murder, contrary to what a poster is saying on this thread.
He was however considered 'a person of interest'.
There is no way in hell, he would have been signed as quickly as he was as a free agent...if he was accused of murder.
If you recall, after the initial brouhaha, he was signed
rather quickly by the Cowpokes.
Peterman sounds like a good gamble

to take in the later rounds, but the hype is starting to push him to the earlier rounds.
