Giants the 7th least injured team in NFL in 2016.

according to Football Insiders after worst in the league for past 4 YEARS in a ROW in most adjusted games lost to injury

Giants were the 7th least injured team in NFL in 2016.

Kudos to Strength & Conditioning Coaches
hopefully this is not a blip but a new trend --

We didn't lead the league for 4 years in a row. It was 3.
It wasn't just that the Giants led the league 3 years in a row

It was that there was a huge gaping gulf of difference between the Giants and the 31st team those years in terms of injuries.

Giants were also 22nd or worse something like 5-6 straight years.

This has been posted multiple times on here and it just simply isn't true. It is nice, however, to see the team healthy again and, hopefully, McAdoo's new approach was the reason why.

As far out there as the Giants were the last 3 years, the Bears were far WORSE last year. I can't imagine how a team could be that injured.
we are assembling a younger roster
