What the hell happened to you? You used to seem like a decent guy. But recently you have become a total jackass.
It has long standing been considered courteous to not put game specifics into game thread titles for those that may be DVR the event. I wasn't trying to offend you and not really sure how simply pointing that out is being a jackass.
Wheeler has been very strong after that first inning

Well, you answered like a gentleman. Sorry if I was overly harsh.
offensive threats, especially without Cespedes, I need to seriously question any time Conforto is not in the lineup. Lefty or righty pitching.
When Duda come back Grandy should be the odd man out not Conforto.
They should rotate guys off, it's not like the Mets have any Lou Gehrig's on the roster. I don't think you can name a player on the team who doesn't have an injury history (even a minor one).

Yeah sure you spell guys at times but unless Conforto gets into a giant slump I would prefer to see him get more time than Granderson at this point.
I was saying Conforto would start every game or close, hence the post, I'd rotate others.

every day in CF when Cespedes returns. If Ces, Conforto, Bruce, and Duda each get one day off a week and Granderson gets two days off a week you got it figured it out. This shouldn't be that hard.
Not sure if you're being funny or not. He needs more time, especially after what he's shown up until a day or two ago.
????
Rosario
The shortstop for the Mets AAA team?
Same guy we're talking about?
Yes. Until yesterday he had like a wRC+ of like 103. Last two days he's had 3 hits both games which is nice. He's been much better lately but he hasn't been killing it. Im not going to argue you though. Whatever.
It's just rare for a 21 year to start in AAA and hit right from the get go. And he's been swinging a great bat for nearly two weeks now
Well, the season is just a little over 2 weeks long in the minors so far. ;) Hey, I'm with you. I cited Rosario's stats tonight as a positive. I routinely argue that there's almost ALWAYS an adjustment level to level. even in Vegas... I think Rosario is going to be very good. The fact that he was getting his singles almost immediately and is now starting to drive the ball in such a short period of time is incredible. I prefer to let him marinate a little longer though.

He def needs to make some adjustments. But an example of his maturity was I believe his second AB today. Outside pitch, he simply went with it and drove it to RF a single. Then later in the game, down by one with a runner on first, he drove an inside pitch to LC gap for his triple. Teams will start to take advantage of his aggressiveness with some slop - and how he adjusts will be very important for his development.
Don Smith conversely, two "triples" today (to be honest, haven't never bothered to see how they were scored, but should have been errors) with his second one almost an side the Parker. Lazy bastard got thrown out at home...
This Mets season is getting ugly quickly. It's still super early, but as usual, nothing ever goes smoothly when it comes to this team.
Oy vey.
Murphy was a horrible move. Compounded by giving Walker 17 million this year. But nothing you can do it about. So time to move on. It is what it is.

He has mixed in the breaking stuff nicely.

The others can go about 100-120 games each
I want to see him really heat up. If he starts putting up video game numbers in Vegas that's when things really will start to get interesting.

Starting to? He's been ridiculous for two weeks straight lol. Don't need the power numbers...
He crushed that. Splitter that didn't drop and Zimmerman looked like he was expecting the pitch.
