Bengals seeking a first for him which is due diligence given the upcoming draft and teams needy for a QB.
Given our situation with Eli, how far fetched would it be to give up our #2 for this guy?
He looked very accomplished for someone who was thrust into the scene, is a proven winner at Alabama and has been under pressure and handled it well. Being a QB under NS is no easy task.
This is someone who appears to be more of a sure thing as opposed to someone drafted mid 1st round and beyond and keep in mind, as this team is a competitive play-off caliber team for the next few years- when we truly need a QB with starter potential, the Giants will have to give up the farm to move from say #20/32 to the top few picks.
Yes, they gave up a bunch in 2004 but that will seem innocent in comparison.

ONLY for his wife. :-)

They had the lead with about 1:30 on the clock, Pitt got the ball back and was intercepted by Burfict which in my view wrapped it up, I forget the details from there but the game was a disgrace of NFL officiating and a lack of discipline by the Bengals players.
How much can you go on by 1 game. LOL. That is a joke, he was, I believe a 2nd rounder, not certain. But I think he has a shot to be a decent player, but I would not view him as my QB of the future.
I would be satisfied with his mother. But I'm an old bastard.
No one knows what Cinci has in McCarron.....no way you give up a 1 or 2, for a fifth rounder, that basically never played....
