Didn't want Peterson (age, baggage, not sure he is ready to be role player). Don't really have an interest in Blount (age, attitude outside of New England). Really like someone like Perrine in the 4th but also have a lot of other interests in potential draft options.
I'm under the assumption that Fournette is very much in play for Jacksonville. If he ends up there, is it possible that Ivory gets cut? Does anybody have an interest in this guy?
I think he would be a great fit. He is a power back but he isn't of the type who needs and gets better with a lot of carries. I think his running style would be a perfect complement to Perkins and Vereen. Perkins gets the majority of carries/touches but gets spelled by Vereen in situations which are generally passing situations. Ivory gets goal line carries and maybe some occasional carries during a long drive or maybe for carries 1 every 4th or 5th drive. He probably gets about 6-8 carries a game which he would be a terror.
Ivory has a history of getting dinged but when used sparingly would create an element to the offense which not many teams have.

that being said, he is a power guy who doesnt need a ton of carries. he can handle goaline and short yardage. he is strong and would be a great addition to perkins and vareen...
ok i was messing around but do you mind elaborating? what is your issue with him? who cares what he does off the field or who he hangs out with as long as he stays out of trouble. he hangs out with von miller all the time...von is pretty good. people come down hard on OBJ but truth is he is a young kid who was thrust into the limelight right away....
i think he would add something to the mix they have perkins to be the workhorse,vereen to be the pass catcher and blount would be perfect to use on short yardage and to sell a play action pass the fact they havent done this already do they have a RB in the draft they want instead?
they already need an OT,TE,DT and CB hopefully with the first 4 or 5 picks plus an OG,DE plus i hope they draft a late round WR someone bigger sort of plax or barden size 6-4+ outside type as marshall is a short term patch not the answer
