So Chucks big plan was to get Saul on a B& E and distruction of property and then have him plea out while giving up his ability to practice law? I think he thought Jimmy would just give in and not fight it. I would hate to have a brother that was just such an asshole.
Also the cocaine sprinkling on the back of the truck was pretty smart.
Bit of a reach, agreed
I like how the Chuck/Jimmy conflict is finally coming to a head. Chuck major gripe all along is he doesn't think his brother is a real lawyer. All Jimmy ever wanted was to prove he's a real lawyer to his brother. Something has to give. It is interesting considering we know the kind of lawyer Jimmy ends up becoming
Well, he put them up there... he planted drugs, so it's not hard to tell left from right and just remember which shoe is the package...
Throw the shoes... which one is the left shoe? Ok... so, shoot the shoe that is hanging lower....
Just my opinion
They are going to have Chuck declared legally insane, and thus his testimony will be thrown out of court and he will probably be sent to the loony bin or something. No one from JLL other then Chuck and the PI will show up to this court hearing.

I think Jimmy crucifies him on the stand. One ups his brother once and for all. Net result is he is shown to be the crazy f he is
It would be too obvious to have Chuck twist to death under an electromagnetic spit as Jimmy put it, but they've put it out there that no one will come to his rescue at his time of need. knowing that Jimmy/Saul retains his license to practice law, it's pretty obvious who comes out on top of this showdown between brothers. Jimmy lets Chuck hang himself (or as he put it, squirm and die under the electro magnetic waves, metaphorically), then it's just a question of what gimmick they use to have Jimmy change his name.
So his or her point and theory was Vince Gilligan likes this kind of foreshadowing and they believe they are foreshadowing Kim's suicide by jumping off a roof.

Which means that Chuck goes after Jimmy because he knows that's his ultimate soft spot.
Haha. I had a completely different take on that. I thought she was telling the doctor that the American was there with Montezuma's revenge as a phony condition that got Mike to see the doctor without looking suspicious.

But there is a theory on reddit that they have shown on 4 separate occasions a POV from Kim from high up and the camera goes from her face all the way down to ground level. On one of these occasions she even says to Jimmy "I should just jump off the roof right now." Adding to it, this theorist pointed out that in Breaking Bad, Jesse's girlfriend, Jane says, "oh, that was so sweet, I think I threw up in my mouth a little bit" before she did exactly that and died choking to death on her own vomit.

Jimmy = Kim

Episode is when they asked why the gringo was at the Dr. The lady told the Dr "The Revenge" so Gus has been setting up the poisoning of Hector for that long. I thought that was awesome.

I could definitely be wrong. I just know that Dr had all of their blood and stuff. So I figured it had something to do with that.
This is by far the best show on TV IMO. Every shot is pretty, every actor fun to watch, every scene just packed with details.
I think best ever.
BB took place about 5-6 years after, so it might make some sense in terms of the timeline.
Also. regarding Jimmy and Saul - looks like Jimmy would rather go to prison than give up his law license, which is probably where he turns into Saul Goodman.

I wonder if Hector survives the poisoning, and that's what leads him to the condition we see him in BB.

If he loses his law license (jail or not), then he's not coming back as Saul Goodman or anyone else. Certainly not in New Mexico, where he'd be well enough known from his days as Jimmy McGill to make this impossible.
Hector's condition in BB had all the markers of him having had a stroke at some point previously. In the real world, that sort of thing can just happen, but in TV land, I imagine there will be a more creative situation concocted to bring that on.
Chuck on the stand being torn apart by Jimmy and losing his standing in the legal community, his mind, and his once possible Supreme Court future is a scene that should happen. Jimmy is finally done with him after all the emotional equity he had built up and can now become Saul.

Exactly, so I think he'll go o jail as a lawyer.
He's not going to jail.
