As I said yesterday, when you pick in the top 10 it becomes much easier to hone in on one or two players who you expect to be available when you pick and build a draft strategy around that. At 23, you need to expand your dart board a little bit.
That being said- my 2 sources are actually pretty much in line with each other, in what they told me.
There are 3 names that are heavily attached to the Giants in the agent and coaching circles.
1. Zach Cunningham- Vandy LB
2. Taco Charlton- Michigan DE
3. Charles Harris- Missouri DE
Again. DON'T kill the messenger if I am wrong. I hesitate to post this stuff but I know a lot of you guys like to hear what the scuttlebutt is. The Giants could be getting great at smoke as last year there was heavy word that the Giants coveted Myles Jack in the 1st.
There was a guy with much to share
about draft picks and whens and wheres.
He misplaced an "m"-
and I jumped right in-
with details about which no one cares

Huh...learn something new every day.
I wouldn't complain about Charlton at all, although the idea of drafting more DEs with about 5 under contract already seems like overkill. I like Harris less than Charlton, but the "overkill" thought applies here too.
Me neither. You're spot on with this.
Agreed.
Everybody knew last year the Giants wanted Conklin. This year it's a smoke show.
If they're serious about Harris and Cunningham it better be in a trade down because the cost to value ratio is just stupid.
My frame of reference is limited, but I just don't see a first round player there. Bowser and Davis both bring more to the table imo.

Thanks for clearing that up, much appreciated, i wouldnt have been able to focus on the draft until i figured that out. Lets hone in on 23 now.
