I like it a lot.

Do some of you understand
Emil : 4/27/2017 10:51 pm : link
That Engram instantly removes the bracket coverage from obj??
Might turn out to be a nice player
Reb8thVA : 4/27/2017 10:51 pm : link
If Eli has more than two seconds to throw the ball.
Up next?
KWALL2 : 4/27/2017 10:52 pm : link
Trade up for Budda Baker.
Kind of wanted Njoku more but Im happy with getting
ZGiants98 : 4/27/2017 10:52 pm : link
a potential top TE finally on this team. No more triple teaming Beckham.
Engram certainly is value
SomeFan : 4/27/2017 10:52 pm : link
Not sure why we didn't go Njoku nut Engram is clearly a round 1 talent. We added some more explosiveness.
FUCKING YES BROTHERS AND SISTERS
adamg : 4/27/2017 10:52 pm : link
Didn't expect it, but this is fantastic. Be scared of our passing game, NFCE, be very afraid.

Dave Te loves this guy -- called him the best TE in the draft
if you cant protect Eli for long
old man : 4/27/2017 10:52 pm : link
then you get players that Eli can get out the ball out to quickly, I guess.

Njoku is very raw. Also Engram proved to be every bit the same athlete
Basically
AcidTest : 4/27/2017 10:53 pm : link
a big WR. Fine with the pick, but would have preferred defense.
How many balls can Eli throw on any give play?
chuckydee9 : 4/27/2017 10:53 pm : link
We have 4 pass catchers and only one Offensive lineman who is above average blocker.. Lamp would've been a great pick..
He's more ifa WR than a TE
BillT : 4/27/2017 10:53 pm : link
A talent player with a talent pick.
A faster (much faster( Reed
KWALL2 : 4/27/2017 10:53 pm : link
He will be a first down and big play machine while opening things up for Beckham.
We still need a OL player and a DT
PatersonPlank : 4/27/2017 10:53 pm : link
and we need to sign Blount.
this:

''Might turn out to be a nice player
Reb8thVA : 10:51 pm : link : reply

and a run game, which we lack, and stopping runs without hankins.

I get the logic.
CT Charlie : 4/27/2017 10:54 pm : link
WCO. Move the chains. Red zone. Who ya gonna cover? OBJ, Shep, Marshall, Engram...
hmm..
montanagiant : 4/27/2017 10:54 pm : link
I would have been much happier trading up 5 spots for Howard

The "1 football" argument is beyond foolish.

It's about creating mismatches. By your logic we would only need 1 offensive weapon.
The NFLN
SimpleMan : 4/27/2017 10:54 pm : link
can stop pretending that they dont get tipped picks. No mention of Conley, then all of a sudden he is picked and Mayock and co bring his name up.

5BowlsSoon : 4/27/2017 10:54 pm : link
Sure loves Ingram. His tape looks pretty pretty good. We definitely need a great TE, so why not?
OTs slipping as I figured
JonC : 4/27/2017 10:54 pm : link
Perhaps one or an edge rusher or CB slips to us next.

And Sy had him in his top 15
Look Engram is a big playmaker with legit 4.4 speed
gidiefor : Mod : 4/27/2017 10:54 pm : link
and Reese likes playmakers

Willis?
Can't see it
Gmanfandan : 4/27/2017 10:55 pm : link
With Foster and Cook on the board.
My issue w the pick
WillVAB : 4/27/2017 10:55 pm : link
Is the Giants obviously have protection issues. If this guy struggles blocking, how does he play? He's not playing over OBJ or Marshall outside and he's not playing over Shep in the slot.

So what do they do? Base 4 wide?
With
Amtoft : 4/27/2017 10:55 pm : link
Foster, Robinson, Cooks, and Njoku on the board? He is so small. He looks like a WR in college in the NFL he will look even smaller. He is a blazing speed guy but he should have had better stats than he had with his speed. I am sure i will warm to this but would have taken Foster
Wanted Njoku...
Jim in Tampa : 4/27/2017 10:56 pm : link
But I still love the pick! Finally a playmaker at TE!!!

Somebody show Tye the door.
The NFLN can stop pretending that Mayock and Co.
SimpleMan : 4/27/2017 10:56 pm : link
are not tipped picks. No mention of Conley, they boom, 2 minutes before it is announces Mayock suddenly brings up Conley as a good pick.
We're going to play 2 TE's and 1 RB
PatersonPlank : 4/27/2017 10:57 pm : link
One TE will be the blocker/fullback, the other is a 4th WR. Its going to be Air Eli with our 3 great receivers and Engram.
Let's all hope the Cowboys
SomeFan : 4/27/2017 10:57 pm : link
screw the pooch in a few picks
He has sick measurables
BillT : 4/27/2017 10:57 pm : link
4.42 at 6'3" 235. Great hands, great routes, top athlete. Can't complain about getting this kind of player. We knew they didn't love the OLs this high.
