much what you see this year, as teams try and trade declining assets for even low round picks that can replace them. NO was shopping Ingram for the same reason. My guess is that they have no takers.

Fumbling problems and injury issues.

Talent is there but that's not a player I'd be interested in giving anything up for.

Kelley was better. I can see why they're shopping him.

Eight fumbles in 270 career touches for a big back is horrible.

Maybe a staff somewhere in the League will review his tape and conclude that the problems are correctable; but he's a waiver-wire guy, not a trade target.

Washington is looking to move up for Cook. They think he is the real deal and if Allen didn't fall to them I think he would have been the pick.
