Yes, and did that admitting they NEVER wanted Nassib to play. Amazing how so many people on BBI downplay the importance of a young, developmental backup QB who knows the offense.

But I don't love that his mechanics get sloppy in the face of pressure. He played his final year at Cal in a conference that didn't play a lot of defense. What will that look like in the NFL?
He has at least a couple of years to learn that and he seems bright so he may do it, but that feels to me like one of those things that can really hold a QB back. Otherwise, he seems to have everything you look for in a franchise QB. Good mechanics, strong arm, smart, decisive, a little cocky...
