Since the draft is now over, it's a BBI tradition that we have a thread that collects all the confirmed UDFA signees. This thread is not meant to be a wish list, but rather a running updated list of players signed- with validation with a link or twitter confirmation.
Things usually start picking up a couple hours after the draft, so figure around 7ish tonight we should get word of players who the Giants will be bringing in.
Beat me to it.

It wouldn't shock me. Johnson has FANTASTIC ballskills and range. He should compete with Andrew Adams to back up Thompson and I think he could potentially be a starter down the road.
Proud to be a New York Giant but mark my words, every team that passed up on will pay dearly in the long run. That's a promise👊🏽

Kirwan has said all along that if this kid could ever get his head screwed on right and get serious about football he could be one of the best OL in this class.
I haven't counted my own roster, but the beat reporters were saying 13.

Dalton Crossan signed with the Colts.
Thanks.
That's my only asshat info. My "source" is my mother (the kid's dad works with my brother in law so she is following his career.)

Yes, that's correct, I forgot the Giants traded their 7th and only had 6 draft picks.
71 on the current roster, 6 draft picks = 77.
13 spots.

Really - wondering the same thing.
We have his stats. What we don't have is his full name, what position he plays and the biggest question of all, "did he sign with the Giants??????"
Whoa! Another huge signing and a wonderful guy to boot. He's the one who sat with the kid at lunch.
Reese killing it, Love it
Ellison is 1 of the better blocking TE in the league. We're fine
I would have been happy to use a draft pick on several of these guys.

Romond Deloatch ➡️ @Giants

Watch him in the Chick-Fil-A Bowl. He was unbelievable. Had over 200 yards in receiving. He ran a slow 40 which is why he went undrafted.
If he had come back for his senior year, he would've been drafted.
over reaction sir.. you will love the TE we got and Webb is way better than Nassib every was
My 5 guys won't be. They're worthy of contracts.

As CiP said, any of these players would have been a credible draft pick - especially with the seventh-round choice that the Giants gave up to get Bisnowaty. Among the other UDFA additions, Dunker was graded at 5.28, Wheeler at 5.0, Munson at 4.95. Obviously, none of this matter now. On to mini-camp!

Penn State DE-LB Evan Schwan to New York Giants on UDFA deal
Armando Bonheur @ArmandoBonheur
Time to go to work #Blessed
The above is an OL from Samford
So, it does look like we picked up 3 OL guys who might give us added depth and may even start: Nasty, Dunker, Wheeler
Haven't heard of anyone who hasn't been taken except for Will Likely III out of Maryland...and he's 5'7...and injured.
But other than that, he's awesome. Amazing athleticism.
And a couple of extra TEs. AMEN.

I know, right? He ran a very slow 40 and should've gone back to school, but he would be a fantastic guy to develop. I love the player, the talent and the potential.
I follow OL guys very closely.

All kinds of red flags, from that link posted above,
guess that's why he went undrafted.
Top undrafted free agents following the 2017 NFL Draft - ( New Window )
This is true. However, they did bring in one vet- Blake- to provide some cushion. I was intrigued by Donte Deacon last camp, but he was not ready to play. I wonder whether a year on the practice squad has "gotten him over the hump" to being ready- or if he simply is just too small to play in the NFL.
Like the o and d line potential signings, hopefully we get some solid depth here and luck out with someone who can start.
Was hoping we would get more than one guy to push our LBs. With no one drafted and seemingly always the weakest link on defense, mildly disappointing.
What, Valentino Blake doesn't excite people, don't know
anything abut the guy. They can find a couple free agent
backups, they found Sensabaugh and Wade that way.
Wheeler needs strength training. He is definitely competing for a PS slot, not roster slot, in camp.

Spoke too soon on the lack of UDFA CB signings. Giants will sign Iowa State CB Nigel Tribune, per source.
For signees like Jones and Wheeler, who have battled injuries, or Johnson, Dunker and Rudolph, who need time in an NFL program, 2017 is likely a redshirt year anyway. It's better for the team if they don't earn a year of service while spending game day in street clothes.

This is a pretty good group.

We have planned a podcast for tomorrow to chat about the Giants' UDFAs with Dave Te and Sy'56
Perfectly respectable stuff there, even adjusting for typical pro-day distortion. He's not real big, but not particularly undersized either.

all have good chance of roster spots
Most teams in this league don't have two legitimate starters.
Perspective.
A third name will go up on USCs All-American walk after this season, as Trojan left tackle Chad Wheeler was voted to the Campus Insiders All-American first team.
The All-American nod is the cherry on top of an exceptional redshirt senior season for Wheeler, who was also named to the All-Pac-12 first team and took home honors as one of USCs Linemen of the Year.
The left tackle protected Sam Darnolds blindside and helped the Trojans limit opposing teams to just 11 sacks on the season the best mark in the conference.

Banks could have a shot as it isn't like the current coaching staff is wedded to Bromley and Thomas has not demonstrated he is really a #3 DT yet.

I don't know, just asking. The BP #s are a joke.
It was announced yesterday that he signed with the Panthers, but that isn't true.
What's his deal? I know nothing about him, except he has an uphill battle to make the team. He probably would've been better off in Carolina with the fat Kelvin Benjamin.
Guys, this was THE #1 RB recruit out of high school. #1. AHEAD OF TODD GURLEY. He was even ranked ahead of Landon Collins and Jameis Winston coming out of high school.
Only reason I watch pre-season games.
Also had a very good 10 yard split and jumps at his Pro Day. If he shows potential in camp I would not mind stashing him on the Practice Squad as insurance if Ellison gets hurt
Damn auto correct.
Well shit. I will no longer question your sources Jon.
