I've seen his poorly produced YouTube video a couple times. He was hitting 60 yard field goals.
If he can kick it off into the end zone, I'd take it. Brown was really good. Gould was decent, but clearly a tier below. I hope Rosas brings us back up to that elite level kicking.
I am fairly knowledgable on kicking form. On KOs, he's fine and I have no doubt he'd be upper tier. On FGs, his form is really raw and inconsistent. Repeatable form is the key to good FG kicking. He's not there yet (in the video).
Remember this is the same management team that gave us Matt Dodge, who basically ruined a season for us. I doubt they are ready to risk that again.
The guys I have my eye on are Aguayo and Folk, both currently on Tampa Bay. One of them will shake loose prior to the season. Folk knows MetLife Stadium and Aguayo I think would be great on a new team not in Florida.

I'm not convinced that kicking it into the End Zone is the best way to go. Say what you want about Gould, but his hang time and placement allowed the Giants to pin teams inside the 20 on many kickoffs last year.
