but you also have to look at history. How has the player responded in the most important games when his team needed him the most. Lebron has stepped up time after time after time. We only have one game to point to so far in Odell's young career and it was a stinker.

There was one play late when he completely bypassed a WIDE open 3 point shot from the corner. I was shocked he didn't shoot the ball there. I didn't realize that he wasn't shooting most of the second half.

Lebron is considered one of the best of all-time (all positions included) and has won 3 titles and multiple MVPs while being a hometown savior (at least now) to a hurting sports franchise. Also, his antics come when the Cavs are up 2-1 and huge favorites to get back to the finals.

ODB is considered one of the top AT HIS POSITION, RIGHT NOW and has won nothing really, but some regular season games. He also came up short when it mattered in the playoffs so far.

It's a bit harder to accept immature antics by the latter.

I posted this on another thread, but here's my guess as to what happeend to LeBron

I think that, strategically, "LeBron was taking a backseat to Love and Kyrie to let them try and impose their will on the game, which worked like gangbusters, but by the time the Celtics made their run in the 4th, it was tough for him to turn it on.

I actually think it is a smart strategy. Thus far, the postseason for the Cavs have been LeBron playing at a superhuman level and controlling all aspects of the game.

But when they face the Warriors, which I think everyone expects to happen, that won't be enough to beat that super team. LeBron will need Kyrie and Love to play great, confident basketball. So having games like last night, where he lets them take over will bear fruit in the next series.

They still should have come away with the win, though."

rings gives you leeway. If Ryan Fitzpatrick was deflating footballs he might've struggled finding a team to sign him.
