Greenberg never told Golic he was looking for another job or was leaving. They would not talk to each other except when working and walk past each other and not acknowledge the other one.

I do believe they have "hated each other for years"... I believe their families are friendly and have been so if anything, this is a recent issue and built off of professional differences.

it's a shame. I like the show generally and think Greeney's show will probably fail, while the Wingo/Golic morning show will continue on without a hitch (and I really like Golic Jr).

Oprah wannabe is just the type of stupid move ESPN continues to make. They don't get it. It's fucking supposed to be about sports. Other than games that channel has not existed for me for years. Golic seems like a regular dude, ex-athlete, Greenberg seems like a douche bag.

The thing is Greenberg has a recognizable voice and could have his own show in any area of TV not just sports.

Golic doesn't have that and is a easily forgettable radio personality

I think this all started because Greeny wasn't man enough to give Golic a heads up and he found out about this on the news. That was within the last year or so.

I use to enjoy that show, but stopped listening to is a few years back. I guess mainly because I change my commute schedule. These guys made a great team for a long time.

With F&R that was part of the entertainment. When one used to go on vacation, the one left behind would insist on having the jingle rewritten.

Reading and hearing the name "Greenie" out loud is one of the biggest cringeworthy things ever. I always thought Golic was an annoying cunt as well. They both suck monster balls.

show. He seems to have limited sports knowledge for a guy that has been around the industry for quite sometime. His femininity is quite annoying as well and just doesn't work on a sports show. And he's also a brown-noser. Plus his jokes aren't very funny. At least Han and Humpty have solid humor at times. Greenie and his caprese salid jokes are old and were never really funny to begin with.

Golic isn't the best, but better than Greenie.
