She says the lips are just makeup. Google says that you can achieve that effect with makeup (including cosmetic lip plumpers). Also, Google says that a supplement many women take for skin/joint health have the side effect for some of plumper lips. Wouldnt surprise me if an ex-gymnast was on joint health supplements.
When did having some work done become a bad thing?
Take a 16 y/o on an extreme diet to keep weight low, working out to create muscle then shift that 16 y/o to 20+, take away the grueling work outs, add 10 lbs of weight to a more normal body fat %, increased hormones because of maturing and you see a natural body change.
like she got a little lip filler, which is not really considered "getting work done" in this day and age. She definitely has fake eyelashes which is also quite common these days. Her ass looks real to me.

2) She could have done any number of things after the Olympics. Instead, she seems to aspire to be a skank.
3) She claimed, last year, to be interested in a pop career. We haven't heard any music, but continue to see her selfies and videos prancing around in her underwear and provocative clothing. There isn't anything wrong with it. she just seems more Kardashian-esque than anything else.
I don't see it. Nose? Did she make it fatter/wider (that is not what is normally done on a nose job)? That is the only thing I see that might be different except a more mature face and less severe angles due to weight gain from a gaunt low fat percentage one.
Pulling hair back also gives a different appearance than hair down and different make up. It is amazing what women can hide/alter with makeup.

Look at the second picture where there is a ton of foundation, but look at her lips. As first I was thinking she may have gotten her lips injected, but you can see that it is just the lip stick trick where they run it over the top of the lips to make them look bigger. Pretty sure no work done.

Sorry I don't really think of eye shadow and eye liner or even lip stick as much makeup. To me it is foundation that causes what I call the face paint look. With foundation it covers up all blemishes and you can clearly see blemishes on her in the first photo. With their hair it has to be pulled back into a bun or a braided bun. Not as much work as you would think there. The makeup she has in the top picture is reasonable while the stuff in the second is painted on. Completely different if you ask me is all I meant. You don't want to wear a lot of makeup besides eye shadow, blush, eye liner, etc because if it smears or you sweat thru it you lose points.
You are right though it doesn't really matter just don't think she has anything done from the pictures shown. The lips you can see the makeup over the top of the top lip.

It's really not that hard to tell. Just looking at old photos you can see her nose has changed, her lips are fuller, chin is different, etc.
