Who the hell cares what Sheldon Richardson has to say? Maybe he should worry a little less about who isn't there anymore and worry a little more about not going 5-11 again.
Just asked a Jet fan about it who has every reason to support his guy
I'd much rather have Brandon Marshall in the NYG locker room than a guy who was drag racing while he was stoned with a young kid in the car.
Just my 2 cents....
Yep and with a loaded gun in his glove box. The guy is a scumbag. If him and Marshall don't get along, that shows even further how much better of a person Marshall is and has good judge of character lol.
a lot of teams seem to move on from Marshall even though he puts up pro bowl #s with shit at QB.
This is a mild concern of mine.
The Jets tried to re-sign Marshall. He declined.
They also tried to trade Richardson and couldn't find anyone to meet their price. According to a Daily News article, one team wanted him to take a pay cut before agreeing to a trade.

ok, at this point I need to fess up that I didnt know that. He just seems to move a lot for such an outstanding talent.
for many years. Since diagnosed and medicated he's been a model citizen. He is also a spokesperson and fund raiser for the disease.
The guy I've seen interviewed is perceptive, smart and in all ways admirable.
Funny, when the talk here was about Blount, I didn't hear one poster say "I don't want him, because I want to root for good guys".
Well, I didn't feel that way...I didn't want Blount even if he would have helped us win. But I'm glad Marshall is a Giant.

5-11??? Peter King in his Monday Morning Quarterback column this week has the jests rated as the 32nd best team, one behind the perennial losers, the Browns.
They would probably be disappointed with that many wins as that would not give them the top pick in the draft.
into a physical fight after a game last year? Not surprised they can't stand each other and he's still talking about it. I think it has less to do with Marshall being a bad influence in the locker room and more with those two butting heads for whatever reason and not being able to drop the grudge since then. Kind of a non story.
probably will be locker room cancer IF the Giants season goes the wrong way, but its worth the risk given the limited window we have with Eli. If the Giants are winning I doubt BM will be a problem at this point in his career. He's gotta know he's #2 and the receiving core has other stars in Shep and Engram.
The Jets tried to give him away for a 6th round pick during the draft and not one team took a chance on him despite his obvious talent. That speaks volumes about the type of person and teammate he is.
At least Albert Haynesworth behaved himself long enough to get a huge contract before he completely mailed it in. Richardson continues to prove to everyone what a disaster of a human being he is. He is nearing the end of his rookie contract yet he continues to cost himself not only millions but perhaps his career as well.

People keep saying this. The truth is, everything will suck if the Giants season goes south. Losing is a cancer. Everything else is noise.

Broncos - 8-8 in his last season, 4-12 the next season
Dolphins - 6-10 and 7-9
Bears - 5-11 and 6-10

Phew! For a second there, Mark almost had to look it up himself.

Did Anthony Davis tell you about that one?

I'm sure that kind of dedication helped the locker room.
Marshall is going to come in here and play his ass off. It's his final stop and he will make the most of it.
Richardson? He'll be on a prove it deal in 2018 on some 4-5 win team. He won't make the most of it.
You're one strange fella.

Yawn..
He could not have had a better response, imo.
His response is down in the article. It's really perfect. - ( New Window )

Richardson is still a recoverable talent.
In his prime he could start on any NFL team.
