I kind of hoped the Lannisters (Cersei at least) went away.

and we could focus on Daenerys, Jon Snow, the wall, Sansa, Arya, and littlefinger. Maybe have Jamie join them as some sort of peace offering.

13 episodes left, no time to drag out Cersei's revenge.

LOL, I'm complaining from a trailer.

(aside from the Nights King, and his army of White Walkers) in the story. She is a big part of how this story will be wrapped up.

Have to say, I can't fucking wait for July 16th!

Now if only RR Martin could make any headway on getting the books finished...eh. who am i kidding.

I haven't seen the show yet. I wanted to wait for the whole run to complete.

From what I know there are 13 episodes left split into 2 mini-seasons, 1 7 episodes and 1 6 episodes, the final season part 1 starts in July, not sure when part 2 starts.

and a particular episode full of more moving moments than average, I found the scene in which Tyrion kneeled before Daenerys to oddly be one of the most moving of all. Sure, it was moving to see Tyrion so affected by the pride of the moment, but even more than that it represented a hope that can be applied to so many peripheral characters that some sort of betterment can be achieved to so many lives, simply through one person seemingly so deserving of adulation and loyalty.

I hope the show doesn't fuck with that too much :)

Jon can unit the kingdoms to fight the Walkers. Other than that Cersi has to die for this to happen and maybe Jamie has changed enough to see fighting among themselves will be what kills everyone and the real war is yet to come.
Or Dani can just burn them all up in a field of fire like the Aegon did to the Gardners.

Also:
When Jon meets Theon sparks should fly..The Jon of seasons ago would take his head(for betraying Rob and House Stark)(but he did save Sansa) this will be a test for Jon's honor.

Arya has to kill the Mountain this season.

fighting in a castle with an ornate 'L' on the wall. Casterly Rock?

and would love to see the mountain fight the walkers as well.

Jamie taking control of kings landing and surrendering is the only chance the Lanisters have.

Who loves Cersei. She's wicked for sure but she's been through hell. I seriously wouldn't mind if she conquered everyone and was the last one standing. I think it would be hilarious.

I'd wager you are one of the few in the entire world. She's a vile woman, I'm pretty amped to see her and her short lived reign come to an end.

Part of it is I just think Lena Headey is a phenomenal actress. Ive heard she actually connects with non-book readers more because of this. Ive only read one book now so I'm not sure.

Well, her pretense of doing it all in the name of her family isn't that different from Walter White's supposed motivation and he had a ton of supporters, so you may not be the only one.

I actually asked a friend today "did you watch the new GoT trailer, if not, I'll let you guess what the final shot was". Needless to say he nailed it.

I'm looking forward to the final 13 episodes to an extent but I won't voice my complaints about them here.

Dany and hope she dies. They really gave her everything. She has 3 dragons, 40+ thousand mounted Dothraki, a few thousand Unsullied, probably the largest fleet in Westeros with the Greyjoy's ships, the remaining Tyrell Army, Dorne (untouched by war probably 20k strong). With all that together shes looking at an army of about 100k and 3 dragons. How can she lose?

Only play is to ally with Euron Greyjoy and even then they are severly outnumbered. The Lannister forces have to be pretty diminished with them being in the War for this long/losing all those Battles to Robb Stark.

They did that last season. I don't think we see the wild fire again this season.

possible to do justice to all the open story lines, given it's only 13 episodes. I wish it were 130 more instead.
