Top Players from other teams skipping OTAs

Does anyone know if top players on other teams around the league skip the first couple days of OTA's?

This is not a shot at ODB, I don't care if he is at OTA's or not. He still going to have a monster year and be our best players again.

Your right, I thought the order of operations was:
- Zeke misses day 1 of OTAs
- Car accident
- Misses day 2

Looks like the accident occurred beforehand.
