Check those out if you haven't.
I wonder how many two TE sets we'll see with J. Adams and Ellison?

3rd and a yard lineup? 4th and 2 or less? Short yardage??

Loving our TE potential this year and all the lineups we can devise from their skill sets.

A couple of notes
Jay on the Island : 5/26/2017 9:27 am : link
Brandon Marshall is not even close to the type of person that I imagined. He really is a smart, hard working, humble person who had issues in his past but sought the help needed to correct them. The media has always made him seem like a problem child but that just isn't the case. This man is going to have a huge impact this season.

The Giants might have found their long term answer at kicker. I was cautiously optimistic after hearing Feagles gush about him but after reading the OTA reports it is hard not go get excited about this young man. Please Giants don't fuck this up by going with the veteran over the inexperienced talent. They messed up trading away McManus and Boswell and it appears that they have learned from their mistake. Only time will tell.

Jay I might be missing something but where do you see anything on Aldrick Rosas? Or is this just your own two cents? I linked a short video with Rosas's coaches talking about him, I found it cool especially hearing the special teams coach gush about his leg strength

He was, earlier in his career, and some would say as recently as the bad last year in Chicago.

cb Michael Hunter. Had some very laudatory comments -- which is great since we are thin there after our fabulous 3.

Iève been very impressed with the reactions of those around him and his interviews.

Letès not forget that he was diagnosed with borderline personality diagnosis which is a serious one. It looks like heès taken that seriously, as well as an impressive commitment with his wife to be active in the mental health field.

I wouldn't be the least bit surprised to see some 3 TE sets this season. We could see Two lined up inline and then one lined up in the backfield like an Hback or we could see one TE lined up next to a tackle, Engram in the slot and Ellison in the backfield.
I think you will see more Engram and Ellison
Doomster : 5/27/2017 7:16 am : link
than Adams and Ellison....some here tend to think Adams is a much better blocker than Engram, which remains to be seen.....Engram would have to flat out suck at blocking to be worse than Adams....

Plus, putting Engram in the slot, puts SS, a second round pick on the bench.....Engram is more of a weapon at TE than Adams....

But I agree on one thing....I said this as soon as he was drafted......this changes the whole ball game, on third and less than 5......you have Engram at TE, and put Ellison in the backfield with Perkins/Vereen.....Eli sizes up the defense, and can remain in that formation, or shift to a two TE setup......and from EITHER SETUP, he can pass or throw.....this is an option that he hasn't had for years, and will create opportunities for some easy first downs, or even long gains.....because if the Giants become more proficient in their running game, that will make Eli's play action more effective, and I can see long gains on short passes with the receivers we have out there....once again, I am getting "Giddie-fored"......I think I invented a new word...

In goal line situations I think we are going to see Engram move all over the place. I expect to see him line up as an HBack and then split out wide before the snap to confuse defenses. His speed will be a great weapon in that role.
